No.1 reason Australians know bugger all about making weight - i need an experienced person that can determine macros, menus & what weight i should be fighting at etc. & plan for “same day” & “next day” weigh-ins as well as the different sports i compete in - ie. if i have a muay thai, wrestling, BJJ tourney, boxing or MMA etc.
Im not looking at cutting ridiculous amounts like 30lbs, i believe 10-15lbs could be done safely if the knowledge is available.
I was thinking of Jamie Hale. Im sceptical of guys that arent experienced in fighting.
Alwyn posted on the EliteFTS website that he and a few others are creating an EliteFTS manual for cutting weight. May not be what your looking for but it should be a resource.
In the near term you could post a couple more specific questions in the EliteFTS fight section.

The man has a PhD in exercise biology and nutrient biochemistry and runs ScienceLink, a business that designs nutritional plans for athletes (but not just athletes).
Besides, he co-wrote The Grapplers Guide to Nutrition, which I’m sure can be used by just about any fighter:
Im a sceptic at the best of times, im just saying just because person A writes for website A & website A is your favourite website, doesnt make him the be all & end all.
I dont think thats the best use of the English language to make my point, but im falling asleep. Ill awake to the flaming.
