Poliquin is the man and so is Thibs imo. I take those guys opinions seriously. I know many people will say ‘what about so and so’ but I don’t care… Thibs is the only person who’s articles I like to read anymore and he’s the only ‘author’ on this site that I think is legit. He actually looks like he lifts weights instead of just reading a book like some of the other authors. (not bashing anybody in particular, this is just my humble opinion)

Yes Thibs is very good I enjoy his training information a great deal, but I’ve also been reading Chad Waterbury articles for several years as well. Chad too is the real deal.

Holy Shit, I can’t believe I laughed at that! -lol
Seriously though,… I’ve been throwing 5g leu into my 15g of BCAAs periworkout, and my soreness has just totally decreased. I’ve been on a cal deficit lately, so I can’t really make to omuhc in the way of assessments yet,… but things do seem tighter when pumped (could just be the diet though)

I have to aggree with DG on this one. My supplementation, workout routines and diets have all come from Thibs and his advice and articles have been gold to me.
Like I said in my earlier post I only use 15g of Leucine a day. 5g in a morning shake with my breakfast which has a lot of eggs.
5g before my workout with which i’ll have about 8g of BCAA pills and I’ll have a further 8-10 during the workout. I don’t have a workout shake or drink, only water, but I do have a PWO Surge.
The other 5g I have in my double bedtime shake with 5g of BCAA.
I feel this is working for me, because I’m noticing a difference.

What are you disagreeing with me with? I think your protocol is fine.
I just think that Leucine has become overrated by everybody on this site since Biotest came out with it. Like it’s some new wonderdrug.
Not saying you were like that…
Anyways we are all different. If it’s workin for ya man keep it up.

You know, I was going to say the same thing. It seems everyone is raving about it, but it’s not that special in the grand scheme of things. Hell, I see more people loving this stuff than people are posting about 11-T and Leu ain’t no where close to as good as 11-T.
ps- I don’t feel/see any benefits from Leu after over a bottles worth, and I don’t expect too. but, I did order 2 more because I feel in the end it can give you that edge.

LMAO!
on the leucine thing I agree…it isn’t a supplement that works right off the bat. Honestly you may never see a direct difference. Stay on it consistently and you will tho.
Waterbury is cool but I know Thibs has been in the Trenches and looks like it…not too many of the other authors look like ‘weightlifters’ more like ‘trainers’ (i hate that word. lol)

Lol, you know, I probably have the most typos of anyone on here. I tend to type pretty quickly, so my letters are always reversed, or words are cut in half… Just deal!

Yeah, neither is my response,… what’s up with the mods really changing everything around today?!
I think there is a time differential between when a post gets approved - and I don’t think all forums are always monitored, as I’ve seen responses posted immediately, but some have taken 12 hours or more - and when it appears on the site.
