Lol…she just laughed and said “oh no no, i mean ive not seen anyone in here lift that kinda weight”, i said “aye suppose its ok lol”. So then she asked for tips…jesus…i said…am the last person to be giving training advice, itd be like taking advice from a dentist with bad teeth lol. I did give her some tips though…then i asked her for diet advice ha!

Ha, ah nah mate, just a wee bit of banter. Besides, she was too young (24) and…how would i put this…i like a bit of weight on da bones…cause you know its da fat gives the meat its flavour flav lol.

Nice dl and loved the pulldowns. Nice and strict. See guys doing pulldown and they’re yanking so hard backward with their bodies it’s more of a lower back exercise than a lat one.

Managed a 22hr fast today, wee bit of a headache…prob detoxifying…surprisingly my energy levels are better, sleeping better too.

Looking fat and flat, been off everything (test and dbol) for 3 weeks plus fasted for 20hrs again today. Just polish off a pound of turkey breast, punit of baby beetroot and can of sardines, ill have a protein yougart and egg whites an hour before bed

Daily 20hr fasts…(strength is going up with fasted session??)

Actually had some carbs last night…just one high carb meal a week…

Thank u mate. And let me say thanks also…reading your log and watching your snip bits have been a big inspiration…planted seeds in my head and its really helped get me on the right track again, as many here know life can derail us very easily. But with the right mindset we have it within us to turn things around and overcome.

Did the deadlift challenge Bambi was told me about…albeit a little heavier and with a hex bar. The pump in my lats, glutes, quads, traps was ridiculous. Loved it. I need to stop shying away from strength endurance stuff. Im gonna need it, me and a mate booked a trip next May to climb Ben Nevis. We’re also looking into going to Switzerland to climb to the high peak in the Swiss alps in late summer. F**k it…we’re only on the big Merry go’round once!!

Anyho…post deads was BW chins for 3x3, plus 100kg sandbag carries and prowler pushes

Feeling great…should also mention…i was told i was pre diabetic last month…id blood works done 3 days ago and its came back am now at the high end of a normal range. The fasting and low carb/high protein/meduim fat approach appears to be working wonders!!
