I think SOME people do this to find common ground with you. IE “I know this guy that’s big like you.” They are trying to find a way to relate to you, and that other big guy is probably the first thing that comes into their head when they see you. There aren’t a lot of extremely muscular people walking around, so big guys tend to be memorable.

If they do it in a negative way, like “I know this guy that makes you look like an anemic 12 year old” then they’re just being assholes. People can be like that sometimes.

i probbaly made him feel a bit uncomfortable in the fact that I am a young dude, who caught a pike that if 30 pound, would make him feel less accomplished as a pike fisherman, OR maybe I am just a dumb dude who doesn’t know the difference between a 27 pounder and a 30 pounder, or maybe he just honestly thought it wasn’t 30 pounds, and he wasn’t envious at all.

You never worked in a factory? The last job I had there was a scrap every month atleast, very entertaining. Even had a spot to fight that was hidden behind a bunch of skids. Hardcore environement = hardcore attitudes imo.

Example: This one guy was a company boy rat and antagonized alot of people. One day he was unloading a truck with a forklift and halfway down the trailer he ran over a chunk of wood and it tweaked his back, his body went numb and he couldn’t move his limbs. He starts to yell for help and a guy he ratted on thought it was a perfect time for a little payback. He went and got a handfull of chalk peices and started to pelt him with them while he was defenceless lol. After about two minutes of this he say’s " okay, my arms sore maybe we should call the ambulance now lol. He got the message and stopped being a cunt…I miss that job:(

That pike is not a pike at all. I don’t know what kind of fish it is, or even if it is a fish, but it’s not a pike. I’ve only seen one pike in my life and it had two heads. So I therefore make the conclusion that all pike have two heads. I also weighed your mystery fish using the internet. It weighs 11.2 kilograms, or 24.69 pounds. So no, it’s not a 30 pounder. By the power of the internet I command you to stop making outlandish claims of catching a 30 pound pike to impress fishing shop owners and lesbian lumberjacks.

I compared the picture to a sneaker and that “fish” is definitely not even 20lbs. Something is fishy here which could segue into a nice little shot at someone, but I’ll refrain lmfao.
