This statement is simply not true. if you were going to ask what my idea of what a man is supposed to be is, huge muscles would not be part of the list even though above average concern for strength and physical shape would be.
Many of the people on this site do much more than just lift weights. Many here are highly educated, well above what most people ever achieve. Many here have families they take care of. Many here have jobs that require a very well rounded look at all things that requires skill that most will never attain.
All these would go into what creates “the ideal man or women”…but this is a bodybuilding/weightlifting website…which means if we can do all of that shit and still stand out physically, don’t bitch and complain about your lack of time to train or degrade those of us for standing out physically.

I have had an assistant that crazy. I actually get that quite a bit because I don’t look old enough to hold the position I have. I have had an assistant who was over 50 years of age who took every opportunity to try to treat me as if this was my first year out of school. People hate to see someone come along and do better than them…almost no matter what that “thing” is.
People look at guys like the OP and start feeling their own insecurity…so they lash out (JUST LIKE THE GUYS IN THIS THREAD). He can’t hide his progress either because once you get to a certain size, you can wear a parka and people will still focus in on you.
