As a matter of fact 265lbs. for 10 reps were after four other sets of bench I’m sure I could do more if I did it first.

Ok, let’s see how many pages this thread will make. I predict 4.
Maybe if it got a spot from your coach it could hit 400?
Yeah, but it could legally hit around 345 pages.
you gotta remember tho, he posts every other day. Thats why his post count is so high for highschool.

Who cares what you think I just posted pics anyway.

Yeah that explains it. I’m sure he’ll be remembered as the strongest poster at his high school for many years to come.

YAAAAAAAAAARRRR
You proved that you have a camera and know how to take pictures holding a piece of paper with 265x10 on it, “the number no one is questioning”.
You should take a picture of your weight bench with 430lbs on it just to prove you did it. Thatl prove it… right?

lol, your 6"2 200lbs and your pecs resemble uncooked burger pattys.
I hope you dont think you have the build of a 430 bencher, I got a brother whos 6"2 275, benches around 400+ with a bounce and his ass comes off the bench, and he dwarfs you.
Which is weird because if you bench around 50lbs more and are leaner than him, you should look bigger…
Strength doesn’t always transfer to size and you should know that. I made plenty of posts on this board about my strong bench but chest is not so big. I look bigger in person than in the pics but still I’m stronger than what I look. Weight doesn’t matter either. And LMFAO at you taking a pic of yourself pretending it’s someone else just to attempt to make a blooper pic!

NOOOOOOOOOO Youve foiled my plan.
“LMFAO” at you trying to act like you bench 430, and your chest matches your bench fine, 265x10.

YES, I just benched 430lbs. at school maxing out on the bench! I’m still going up around 25lbs. every six weeks. The all time record for my school was 450lbs. and I’ll shatter that record come next maxout which is in 6 more weeks. And I still will have 6 more weeks after that before the semester is over.
Feels good to know that I’ll be remembered as the strongest guy on the bench press at school for years I’m sure of. I started warming up at 350. Made that look like child’s play and just threw it up. then 375, then 400. After that he put 30lbs. more on and I did that.
The dude that got 450.lbs. was from way back atleast around 7 years ago. The person at my school that was closest to me had 370lbs. My goal for this semester is to reach around 485lbs. For those that are curious and will question how we are spotted.
He helps us break the weight and then helps lower it down to our chest then after it touches our chest, we have to move the weight up ourselves. I hope this inspires someone else to reach their goals in whatever lifts they are doing. Once this tendonitis goes away I’ll set a squat goal.
We weren’t born yesterday.
It’s 2008, I’m sure one of your friends have a digital camera.
My dad has one but he’s not here right now and I don’t know where it is.

its probably up your ass. since your heads up there too, you shouldnt have trouble finding it.
I got one for you, Lets see a pic of your calves and legs?
BTW , DO you deadlift? or powerclean? what are your numbers?
PS. Do you play football?
ps. 265 for 10 does not equal 430. I can do 315 for 10 and that doesn’t equal 405 for me.
i am only 168 with 14% body fat and still battling to lose that its pretty bad at the age 18 at 5’9 … that i cant even bench my own weight. or max it out . :-/ is it because i do low weight and high reps thats why i dont have strenghty anyone can give me pointers ?
the fact that he posted BS about his 1rm bench in the BODYBUILDING forum makes it even more obvious that this douche just wants attention

It takes time. Also, if you keep doing low weight high reps you aren’t giving your body any reason to grow stronger. The body will only adapt when you force it to. Start challenging yourself with a weight you can only muster three to four reps with to start. When you can get six reps for three sets increase the weight and start over.
