PS , he forgot to mention about the side bar spotters only slightly guiding the weight also.
Really what do I care if you believe or not. You’re just anonymous people on the internet who I’ll probably never see in my life. I have real people that seen it and that’s enough for me. I don’t have anything to prove to you.

Obviuosly you do care, less you wouldn’t have posted a thread titled I Hit 430, and proclaim your “bench” to the whole e-world

That’s exactly why you posted it on here. The “real” people who were there seen it for what it was. Obviously you do care or else you would not be bragging about it on here. Face it, you know you didn’t lift it and that is why you are on the internet desperately seeking approval for something you didn’t actually do.
OP:
The American record in the USAPL on the bench press for ages 18-19, 90 kg class is 435 lbs (presumably with a bench shirt). So which do you think is more likely: You are the strongest kid in the country, or you are deluding yourself?
I was hoping that “I Hit 430lbs!” meant that he WEIGHS 430 lbs and was MASSIVE. Or really fat and cut up nicely. Or something.
For kids, being able to lift huge weights is more mental than musclular. That is, they do it in their heads, not with their bodies.
Ok, let’s see how many pages this thread will make. I predict 4.
I predict that people are now bored by your obvious attempt to appear better than you are.
You still go to bed and get up as do we whether or not you did this, so if this was an ego boost hope it helped.
Move on with your life and try REALLY do it.
Cheers.

Maybe if it got a spot from your coach it could hit 400?

this might be my favorite thread. ever.
I think 450 is a little high for a highschooler.
But you’ve got to consider that since he’s a teen, his natural testosterone levels are at their highest.
Consistent training, quality food from mom and high levels of T will go a long way.
Way back when I was in HS, there was a fellow a couple of years ahead of me who 1rep maxed 450. He also did 400 for 4. The difference was he was aprrox. 6’4-6’5" and a very lean 240+ bodyweight. He was also a bbing enthusiast since middle school. He accomplished this feat his Senior year of HS. I believe he still holds the record.

Yeah, but it could legally hit around 345 pages.
Not knockin my hustle here. Jelousy brings out the ugly, but in some of your cases, the ugly was already out. I bet yall aso won’t believe that my max in repping 225lbs. is 22 times. But yall would probably make up old jokes like I was spotted doing that too. Just mad because you can’t do it.

you’re a moron, stfu and post a video tough guy. you say you’re 200 pounds and 6’2" your stats don’t match either your size and age. As pointed out before your max is almost a USAPL 18-19 world record and yet you have no proof. Your just a jackass on a forum.
Nobody would knock “your hustle,” if you had a camera, and Im sure one of your buds can lone you one, dont forget to hold a sign with sed26 on it. 225 for 22 reps and 265 for 10 doesnt match up so do your homework.
I got one buddy who can bench 405 in school he’s about 5’11 235 pounds, and his father owns a couple gyms on LongIsland, Ultimate fitness to be exact. He has been lifting since 12-13 years old. Your story and claims are outlandish, attention whore.
How dumb are you? Age doesn’t have to match genetic AT ALL. Dudes I know are younger AND taller than me at my school. So don’t be mad at me because you got the “short end” of the deal. You can’t tell height from a camera but I’ll get one up soon.

1, I never said that, so learn to read.
2, Im 6’2" as well so don’t presume the uknown.
3, Post a pic of someone else I won’t care. I’m done posting on your thread, grow a sack and lift some weights.
One word of advice, and your lucky your only on the net, if your gunna lie get your facts straight because the shit you said doesn’t match up.
I’ll be the mature on and wish you luck on your future lifting, but you seriously haven’t fooled anyone on this forum.

Eat this.
