I tried Zerchers before and didn’t like them but I widened by stance and they seem to be working a lot.

290 was higher than i hoped. I think i need to stick in this neighborhood and work it lower. I buried 265 though. Zerchers felt stronger. Back from the war. I have a foot long bruise/welt on my left thigh and about a half a dozen smaller one. Had a blast though we had another fatality so there was a tragic moment.
I’m going to try and catch up with everyones logs today.
“Another fatality”?? How many people die in these things, anyway? I always thought they were safe.
