I tried Zerchers before and didn’t like them but I widened by stance and they seem to be working a lot.

290 was higher than i hoped. I think i need to stick in this neighborhood and work it lower. I buried 265 though. Zerchers felt stronger. I’m off to war so I won’t be around until Monday you guys take care and if your bored say a prayer to St. George. I’ve avoided injury at these things for a long time but you never know.

You need to lose the sweats for DL’s and just baby powder the legs…keep chest up and I bet that 365 will go…it’s all in your head.

Zerchers FTW! Try starting off a box with slightly wider stance…work the glutes/hamstrings a bit more,great for a sumo pull accessory too.

Back from the war. I have a foot long bruise/welt on my left thigh and about a half a dozen smaller one. Had a blast though we had another fatality so there was a tragic moment.

I’m going to try and catch up with everyones logs today.

“Another fatality”?? How many people die in these things, anyway? I always thought they were safe.
