1x285 was high and bar placement was off but not my worst either.
At the beginning of the vid, it looked like something else’s placement was off as well, til you righted it. Heh. Not that I am looking for these kinda things, but, it was just right there.
I always try to make sure of my placement before hitting record.

Joe, squats are looking good. Proper depth is very much of a mystery to me. On higher weights I still pretty much need to have a box in order to be sure.
Squats have been my worst lift for so long I think I’m very leary of them going up.

Had a little elbow and bicep pain in dips and shut them down early. Just not feeling it today but the weather is beautiful here. Kids are playing baseball and people are out in their backyards grilling.
