and wtg on to the dip PR  always a pleasure to watch.

Frenchie! did you just ask Joe to take off his singlet?

hehehehehehehe

She does seem extra frisky since her diving vacation.

Thanks guys but I think its safe to say I could make a good living getting people to pay me to keep the singlet on.

Spent 12 hours yesterday help an old friend cook for a hundred. No training but had a blast.

After 2 days of 70 degress weather, it has to get cold and wet when I have to walk to the gym.

Maybe It’ll stop by this afteroon…

You are teasing me with the talk of “70 degree weather”. shakes fist…

Nice squatting sir!

And I liked watching those guys workout next to you - very voyeristic…tee hee

Cooking for 100 people?! or 100 dollars?..either way, i bet you cook good. Kimba, hows about we take a trip to Alabama for some sun and good eats?

Not really, I like it hot. I don’t really feel right unless its in the 90’s.

Maschy, you are BRILLIANT! I’ve got the wheels…if we leave right this second perhaps we can out run the massive blizzard. And bring the sexy workout clothes. After all that good eating, we’ve gotta train and apparently the Southern girls wander around Joe’s gym wearing not much and we need to represent.

Day 2

Deads

5x135
5x185
3x225
1x275
1x295
1x325
1x345
1x370

Sumo

1x225
1x225
1x275
1x295
1x315
1x335

Seated Alt Curls

8x40
7x45
3x50
So todays lifting was mostly an unqualified disaster. Form was terrible on pretty much everything. I have SUMO videos for you to winnce in horror at. I have decided my meet lifts for deads will be 315, 335, 355 because I’m pretty sure I can’t hurt my self on those.

Sumo 1x275

Sumo 1x315

Sumo 1x335

Joe, re: the sumo, it’s a bit hard to tell but it looks like you don’t have your feet turned out much. This makes it hard to get the weight close to your center of gravity. Also, it looks like your legs are quite close together for sumo.

Might try a few tweaks and see what happens.

Jebus I forgot to turn my feet out!

I probably won’t go realy wide with stance but I might should have gone wider.

If you don’t go wide stance, you’re actually making the lift harder, because then your shoulders are pulling around an acute corner, your hips are too far from the bar and the range of motion is still long. I like toes just inside the plates, myself. I’d go wider if only I had a deadlift bar.
