Yeah I read that, I’m going to give his advice a try but I’m also going to give sumo a ride. I’d just like to do something right every now and again.

Joe, that was a great bench! Nicely done. If even one lift out of all of them is going good, then we both should be able to withstand the pain of fixing form issues on the other lifts. Right?

Yeah both my meet lifts were high. I had a bit of a hard time staying focused today. For the next two weeks I’m going to foccus on getting my meet lifts down and then I’m going to reset 5/3/1 and switch to sumo. I’m going to be pretty conservative with my estimates thsi time and hopefully it will let me run for a long time.

Great squats Joe. You’re really making progress depth wise and I think your sumo DL looked so much better than your conventional. If I were you, I’d stick with the sumo.
