I Have Nothing to Declare but My Genius

I always feel better when I get shit done when I would rather not. Good job.

This is pretty much the definition of the “older lifter” ain’t it? We did it when we didn’t feel like it. Therefore we got buff.

Running? Some really big fella chasin you? Only reason I can think of to run. Ok, good cardio.

my arms are bigger than his legs.

Do I ever understand about not feeling it. Good on you for getting it done regardless.

big fun. do you teach at that school?

Death storm 2011 is on the way so I went in and lifted early today and wow I could tell I missed the rest day. I think if I could have waited I would have gotten rep four on the dips. Currently all buthurt and unhappy about my lifting but it wil pass. Lots of tight yoga pants to see did help though.

Fellow researchers unite! I’m a quant nerd myself.

Hilarious discussion re: you creepin’ on the youngins’ - there’s no shame in your game, as they say. However, the headlights situation happens 90% of the time when women exercise, so it wasn’t just her giddy excitement whilst chatting you up…sorry

Anyways, nice training Joe! No worries on the missed rep. You’ll get it next time.

Did I read that right?!?!? Holy ####### of #### (insert appropriate religious expletive).

I have to be honest, I didn’t see much wrong with your 275lb squat, you got it to parallel. I’m a little envious. Good lookin stuff here. And, no matter how bad you think your lifing is going, at least you arent lifting like the guy behind you.

Don’t be too impressed. I think I’m the weakest guy in the forum and I just have really good leverages for dips. In English that means I have T-rex arms.

I was happy with it in the “gym lift” sense.

I just need to get it a bit deeper for a competition.

If by “T-rex arms” you mean short arms, then I wonder why I am good at dips with my long appendages. Maybe we just have bulletproof triceps?

Uhhhh… no… that would be me.

I dont’ dude i think yo’re stronger than i am.

Where’s the problem in all this again? I missed it.
