hey joe - saw your comment about picking openers on snapper’s thread.
What I did for my first meet was to figure out what I could do for a reasonable triple in the gym doing all three lifts bang-bang-bang. Then add 10% for your seconds and then again or a bit less for third attempts.
Your first attempts are all about jitters and forgetting the commands so make the weight something you can do without any doubts.
