I’m looking forward to the santa hat video. We did some pictures last year when we squatted Christmas day. I believe they involved a santa hat and reindeer antlers.

Afgter this delaod week is over I will be shifting some things around to more fit the standard 5/3/1 format and will lose some of the brotard aspects. Day 1 will remain dips, Shuolder presses, and CGB along with back movements. I’ll be adding high rep light weight SLDL to deads day along with a quad movement and some curls for the girls. Bench will lose the high rep inclines and add some back stuff. Day 4 will be squats and RDL’s. Expect some fluidity in my lift changes assuming my back holds up.

Until I started moving my hands out I never felt pressing in the pecs. I bench REALLY narrow by instinct, I’ll try to get a video to show it but I’m trying to slowly move my hands out a bit over time.
