I only wear a belt to bench when I’m in a shirt to hold the tweaked shirt in place.

Actually I don’t like it for benching or pressing movements at all, but I am wearing ti for just about everything I do right now for two reasons.
First I want to break it in more and make it a bit more piable for deadlifts so wearing it as much as possible should help.
Second, since my low back actted up and isn’t quite 100% I’m kind of paranoid about it. As soon as its 100% though and the belt is broken in I won’t be using it for bench.

Perhaps, see I have yet to be sated with pie so its possible it can’t be done.
A few years back I would buy (I don’t bake) the best damn huge raspberry pie with a jug of icecream and have that for supper. Nothing else. just ate it all.
And then I would fall asleep in a sugar coma. Ahh the fatty days.
So today I start tightening my diet up, both calories and carbs, until a couple of weeks from now when I will be utterly carb deprived. So that on Thanksgiving, when I enter into a two day Bacchanalian orgy of Turkey, dressing, potatos and apple pie that could only be surpassed if the pie was eatten off of the trembling belly and thighs of a smiling maiden, it doesn’t all just turn to fat.
So hopefully I won’t be grumpy.

Very nice benching. How close is that to your max?
Dressing, you say? I was raised on the stuff. My wife, however, is from Washington state. She had never heard of dressing…only stuffing (Despite her claiming otherwise, I knew she was a yankee!).
I have given in and let her make stuffing, instead of dressing, even though she offers to make both. (Too little South in her to make it right :))
I still get Granny’s mac and cheese, though. It’s good for a 10# bw increase in 2 days.
