Yeah, between the legs would be awkward. Those plates are much more compact than I could be. But I could definitely hang off your back. Maybe like how they do it in the wife carrying contests:
Happy anniversary! Yeah, wives do have anniversary requirements, but I suspect that you’ve got the situ under control.
Question: If you sign up for a full power meet that covers everything right? Theres no neeed to check the individual lift boxes or crap like that, right?

I’m pretty sure full power is all you need. If you check the individual lifts in addition to full power, that may qualify you to set an individual lift record for that fed or continue on if you bomb one of the other lifts in the full power meet, but its really just extra money if you don’t plan on setting a record or bombing out.

I think I need to add more sets of these while somehow not carrying a mountain of plates over to the dip bars. Also getting I got a compliment on my dips which took a bit of the sting out of not meeting my expectations.
Back was a little fussy before I pulled today so I wasn’t feeling all that good about restarting deads. Seemed to warm up okay but we shall see. Reset my training max pretty damn low and tried to focus opm form but I did feel pretty rusty. Now to see if my back stays happy.
Video coming but the angle is crap because it was crowded.
As you can see form was not so good but I’ll get it back to rights.

Just a thought. I’ve found filming deadlifts from the side is far more enlightening than from the front as far as form goes .
Oh yeah they are and I always try to get them from the side but my gym was packed and there was no way to get a side very without blocking the rack on either side of me.
