Snatch grip has always seemed really freaking hard for me. So props to you for doing them. What is a power curl?

Thanks Joe… A power curl starts with the bar on the ground. Grab it palms up, stand up and curl. Its as much conditioning as it is curling. You can curl more weight because you get a lot of momentum from the pull from the floor. Something I stole from Dan John. I try and get up and down as fast as I can…

been sick the last two days, .so bored sitting around that I went to the gym. Oh brother, sick lifting may work for Strick but not for the old goat.

I take 9-12 fish oil tabs a day, whey and Gatorade with creatine post workout. That’s it. Save your money, the other stuff is pointless.

I have that same cold. Intersting stuff I was coughing up. Didn’t know cirque de soleil was in Boston. Must have been a great show.

ECO- the cold thing sucks, the Cirque show ( Dralion) was great, not my favorite one, but still great stuff and its at a place that you will become very familiar with as your boys grow up…The Agganis Arena at BU.
