just trying to learn the movement. Did a lot of sets not concerned with reps or weight at this point. I think my high set was 6x120. Better bar speed as a result of better effort this time around…starting to get the pull but need a lot a work on softening my catch…I am guessing that will come with time and increased weights will force my brain to figure it out. Did these for about 25 min…huff’n and a puff’n.
