You hunt with a bow, guns, and EVEN DOGS? Holy Shit!!! I just hit them with my Tahoe. Hit a 4 pointer, and 8 pointer and 2 does… Finally had to put the old truck in the ‘hospital’ for a new grill and bumper. I hated having to tape the lights into the broken grill…

  • just trying to learn the movement. Did a lot of sets not concerned with reps or weight at this point. I think my high set was 6x120. Better bar speed as a result of better effort this time around…starting to get the pull but need a lot a work on softening my catch…I am guessing that will come with time and increased weights will force my brain to figure it out. Did these for about 25 min…huff’n and a puff’n.

My husband hunts deer and elk from our patio. Just gets a private land license and harvests one every couple of years. We, too, are overrun at times.

UN- Love pull throughs although you have to swallow any sense of pride or dignity to do them in a public gym. Lets put it this way, Marissa Miller would look good doing them…I do not!
