UN- Yeah I like them a lot,…I like to hate them a lot!! Using them to strengthen core and work the stabilizers in the shoulders and get a nice deep stretch after squats, but mainly I do them so people stare at me and mutter " what the f is that old goat doing".

Millies - I re-set my numbers because I felt my form was going to hell and I was turning this into standing inclines instead of pushing my head through. I dropped to a more “comfortable” weight to get it right before the next assault.

8x4 BW going to BW chins 3 times a week for this session and than switch to pull-ups next cycle

12,12,12,15 going to bang higher rep BW sets this cycle and than load it down with weight next cycle

1x10x80 2 sec hold and really felt good in the rear delt…all swole up…which way to the beach!!!

I really need to get OH squats going. My left side doesn’t want to cooperate with me though. I think I am with you on resetting the MP’s. They just don’t feel right anymore.

squats 12 inch box

4x135, 4x155, 6x175…these were a struggle not cause of the puny weight but from doing overhead squats a couple of time this week my low back and hips were tight so getting down to the 12 inches was almost comical…

1/4 squats about 7-8 inches range to a high box

10x265, 8x285, 7x295, 5x305, 5x315, 3x325… i am going to keep doing these and get more comfortable walking out the weight and slowly i will drop lower and eventually get a below parallel squat out of this…

multivitamin - a.m.
Vitamin D - 2000iu a.m. and 2000iu p.m.
Zinc - midday
Vitamin C - 500mg a.m. and 500mg p.m.
fish oil - 4-5g a.m. and 4-5g p.m.
Protein shake with creatine (about 4g) - just after my workout
creatine - each morning…about 4g
SOMETIMES I will have a protein shake before going to bed, after a workout
protein bar - in the afternoon, before the workout

Nice Squats OG. Looks like Fall is trying to break out here too… Dammit!!

Chins (BW) throughout the session, felt real nice, starting to get some stamina in the baby back.

21, 17, 15, 11, 8 big fall off but the 21 opener was probably a little aggressive, but fun!

Great training OG. I been doing the same thing with chins. Like you said it feels nice getting some chin up stamina.

2x8x75 …man I was tired ( not sleeping well,)today these felt like a ton…gotta keep after them, really feel these in my lower back once I get parallel…so that weak point needs a whupping!

supersetted with reverse curls…hum, what does it say when you can reverse curl as much or more than you can overhead squat?..that you suck at overhead squats and better get your skinny goat ass in gear!
