Sprints, sprints sprints… I never thought I would see those again after my football days ended.
What was the temp this morning?
Temp was 72 (according to my truck) at 5am which is ridiculous for these parts at this time of year and the humidity must be very high because the air was thick…read as: I was slower than a turtle in winter! Now its 86 out.
I think the sprints are evil…but i needed to do something to re-ignite the cardio work…
Great training OG. It’s freaking hot out there today. I was dying with the outdoor workout the other afternoon because it was so hot. I bet the guys down south would think this was ‘cool’ weather. Only 90 degrees.
Any cardio is evil! I salute you for getting out there and getting it done!
It FINALLY hit 90, here, today. This has been a really moderate May for us. A few years ago, we were already in the 100s. My power bill is liking this weather too. No A/C during the day, just for sleep.

Allergies are driving me crazy. The pine pollen is everywhere and I cannot escape its grip.

Saturday hit the slosh pipe and Sammy won again!! 4x75 zerchers, 2x50 overhead…dropped Sammy twice and he cracked…a little pvc cement and duck tape and back at it…overhead hold 1x45 seconds…
trim 23 bushes and shrubs…allergies go bizerk I went to beer and a dark room!

Wed: Sprints…I have discovered a problem with sprints…I am the only carbon exhaling creature around at that time of day which makes me perfect breakfast food for mosquitos! like 10 trillion of them…must remember bug spray or nuclear weapon.

Ok Just did some reading on the thread “Strongest guy on my block” by DJHT. Looks like a pretty good program. It seems alot of people here are doing it. I may have to try this one.
