I have the red and love it but if Tim goes ahead with a blue color i think i would have to buy a second one haha.

hit an easy 235kgx3 today with this bar, love the way it feels.
right now i only do 3 movements for my low body, dead-squat bar deadlifts, snatch grip deadlifts, and wide stance parallel box squats with a SSB.
btw, i am PISSED OFF, that they now offer colours. I would have ordered the red if i could have, that seriously is some bullshit.

Yeah, I can see how something like that could really get under your skin! That issue is right up there with children starving in the Sudan 
I had ordered mine and it was delayed. They offered me black or red but I actually opted for the clear coat. My bumpers are already colors so didn’t want too much rainbow action…

I too ordered a red, does the coat scratch that easily jppage? I was hoping since most of the paint wouldn’t (in theory) come into contact with the iron, scratching could be to a minimum. I’ve had that problem with some of my rogue fitness specialty bars (black coats)…and it’s vexing.
i hope it scratches very easily and all your fancy colored bars start to look like crap. there!

heavythrower, I know how you feel…the idea of a blue version is already intriguing me…and mine hasn’t even shipped yet. Have you essentially been doing Trap Bar style Deadlifts with it, or have you been playing around with other stuff? I’m curious about the efficiency of intentionally going slow with a controlled lowering portion of the lift…though I suspect this would be gloriously miserable and require a bit of lowering the overall load used.
I was doing scrape the rack OH press from pins with it so that’s how i put a few scratches on it .The thing is a tank so no worries,i was just makin it look mean haha.
