I just wanted to say thank you to Jim for designing 5/3/1. I’ve been following it for a while with great results. I really don’t know why i didn’t start it earlier in my life… such a great program!
Anyway, I set my new PR at deadlift yesterday, and its 440lb. Even though it’s me who has done the lift, thanks again for providing that program.
