Ok, so today I had my leg day. First I did 5x10 squats, then 3x5 hack squats(barbell), after that I started doing some lunges. On the 8th rep of my final set I was pretty tired and WHAM i fell backwards… NICE I then proceeded to clean the bar, rack it, and buy a powerade

DB Lunges are great, but I suppose it’s more like combining it with a grip exercise unless you use straps, or something. I definitely couldnt do my DB lunges without at least using some chalk. No room for BB ones ![]()
