And they have to be Real leg presses. Not like those freakin bouncy dead lifts some people try passing off.
I’m not saying you have to do a 1RM first thing when you enter the door. I’m saying start hard with the exercise itself.
OK.
Are you going to answer any of the other questions people have asked you, perhaps to demonstrate the efficacy of your method?
If I have a 600 deadlift max, what’s the harm in doing a few reps at 135, 225, and 315 before I really get cranking?
But you’re saying something about lifting
Yellow snow has nothing to do with lifting…
Dude, just let the awful analogy go…
And less than 100 reps. Don’t forget that. Can’t be too light.

And it has to be on a regular lifting day. No just popping into the garage and blasting through it just for giggles @T3hPwnisher.
I don’t know what harm there is. Those are taxing weights, you can consider that the exercise itself. Let’s call that building up. By warm up I mean, jumping jacks or elliptical for 15 minutes, or doing tricep extensions at 5 pounds or some super light weight.

Not at a 600lb deadlift.
some super light weight.
That is what it is.
Then skip those super light weights.
Why? You employ that method, and it hasn’t gotten you big or strong. Meanwhile, warming up with light weights has gotten me big and strong. I don’t see the incentive to try your method.
You don’t see the incentive in saving time skipping the super light weights?
Lifting heavy weights is what gets people big and strong.
Lifting heavy weights is what gets people big and strong.
Why isn’t it working for you then?
I never said it wasn’t, bro.
Whew. I’m just relieved to know that I have permission to warm up before lifting heavy weights.
Or wait. Maybe I don’t. I’m confused.
I never said it wasn’t, bro.
No, I said it. Please try to keep up.
Your method has not produced results. There is no incentive to try it compared to a successful method.

What if you just like doing some stuff, almost like a pre-work out ritual to get your head into it. I like to do some dumbbell (kettle ball) swings, some one leg split squats, and some jumps before dead lifts.
Whats wrong with that?
No, it actually has. You are resorting to ad hominem attacks a logical fallacy.
You are resorting to ad hominem attacks a logical fallacy.
You are resorting to argument from fallacy; also a logical fallacy.
Also, this is an empirical argument; not a logical one.
Also; not an attack. Simply a statement of fact.
