I Don't Warm Up, I Don't Stretch

Agree. I haven’t shat myself so far but…

If there was a piss your pants group, I think I’d be a well known member.

Well there we go. HIT training on a nautilus circuit at Planet Fitness explains everything. That said I joined Planet Fitness for the free pizza and bagels. Great way to replenish carbs after a brutal squat session in the monolift.

Oh here comes the free weights vs machines debate.

No challenging ranges to enter? What about 2000 lbs eccentric leg press?

Force is force

I’ve never been inside a planet fitness

There is no debate.

Who lifts that up so you can lower it again?

Oh boy

Force is force.

But force on a leg press is like, force x cosine. So it’s less force.

Not if you’re applying more force

Do you think muscle failure is easy?

If you’re lowering it, aren’t you producing even less force?

This thread just keeps on delivering.

Muscle failure is easier if you focus on 1 muscle group at a time.

Nothing wrong with that

Machines are useful for that. I use tons of machines.

But no machine challenges your flexibility like a stupid overhead squat.

When you picture all of this on machines, it makes the previous evolution, puking, and injury themes even better. Man, what a twist, just when the thread seemed like it was losing steam.

Just like herpes.

:joy::joy::joy:. This had me rolling funny shit. I do shit before I lift especially on dead and squat day. I’m not interested in dumping a load in the pants while valvasa pushing.

I’ve done EVERYTHING under the sun dude.

Keagle exercises, adductor strengthening, and they all help, but they only help me so far as I’ve progressed.

Every time I hit a new deadlift PR, peeing a little always happens, then it’s like my pelvic floor adapts, and it won’t happen until my next PR lol

Angular force is not equal to linear force…please explain. (I agree I just want to see the math. Hit that physics). Show force applied and work calculations. Show all work for full credit.
