I Don't Know How I Should Feel or What to Do

want to know whats worst? i asked what is she because she seems young. they said she is still a student. but whats worst is that she had to call her supirior to answer my questions and they both didn’t know how i could produce sperm to freeze them… they said they will contact an uro to deal with this (possibly try clomid)

yeah no doc believes in e2 or atleast in my area. lol i was wondering if maybe splitting the 200mg in two? 100 mg and i guess ill check e2 on my own? the thing with defy is, where i currently live theres no lab that works with them. only have quest labs.

after research i found out that my urine cortisol was 98 while acth is borderline high at 47. all of this might also be influence because of weight training 3-4 days? i was thinking of maybe stopping exercise for months and re check to see if cortisol is whats impacting my hormones such igf1 t3 testosterone etc. also just eat healthy and not worrying about weight gain or anything

yep

200 E14D will have you on a roller coaster.

am i consider secundary?

LH: 2.3 FROM 1.70-8.60
FSH:1.48 FROM 1.50-12.40

@jpt365

hey i wonder. is the thought of not going to the gym because i take it too serious or because its harming me more mentally with the thought of i need to go and make pr, get stronger or ill become depressed be ocd?

I am not sure. Wouldn’t primary mean 0 for those?

primary when they are high

You’re secondary, primary would be if LH was very high. Your testicles are fine and it’s a pituitary failure, the most common.

is there a particular number to be considered secundary? i know most lab ranges are meh. but lh is just one point above lab range (2.1 normal starts at 2.0

Tough one to answer, does the gym make you feel better physically? At this time, with your health issues, is hitting the gym making your life easier or harder?

Lower LH and low T, don’t be overly concerned with normal, be concerned about symptoms.

i often hear about “you cannot stop TRT because it will shut down permanently” but i also hear the contrary “ you can stop and regain the testosterone you used to have” if i go trt and later in life discover the problem and fix it. will i regain natural t? i still have doubts on this

It’s very rare that someone fixes what’s causing the low testosterone, it’s happening across the world and it’s only going to get worse and consider the toxic environment we live in being bombarded by poisonous chemicals.

I don’t know who told you that you can’t stop TRT and not regain your dreadfully low levels, I question the sanity of anyone willing to do without optimized hormones for life. It’s not like changing a flat tire and fixing it, if your pituitary gland is failing, you don’t ever fix it.

@systemlord

after a lot of research and even on forums i see people saying “you can’t stop TRT because you won’t regain your before T” i hear people saying dang i went T and i still regret it because what if… thats why i ask. maybe someone jump into trt and all he had to do is fix diet.

for example, i enjoy fruits but i end up eating 80 grams of sugar from fruit in one sitting everyday. and wonder if this could lead to T at 100-200 ish but then my labs says i have pituitary damage so its probably not the cause. thats why i don’t think i will waste time eliminating this from diet to see if t goes up

Small things like that might lower T a little bit., but let’s be real. Having a really low level while being overall healthy is obvious damage. I have a good idea of why mine dropped but it’s damaged and at 40 I’m not trying to wait any longer to feel better. Eventually you run out of time and patience.

agree with you. my only preocupation is that im still young and seeing that trt at young age should be avoided scares me. altho if you guys head to other forums like reddit testosterone you guys will see a lot of young people on T even without checking why so low. i even went to the extreme and went to a gastro to check why shbg is high and he said my liver is fine. like system said, it could be genetic.

im just scared of trt just because of doctors not properly diagnosing and not knowing about it

it makes me sad that people on forum knows more than people who spends years studying (doctors).

im at the point of just saying fuck it and accept it. altho the hematocrit stuff and donating blood, and the heart issue that can be caused by trt (something i read) could be an issue, but so can low t cause issues.

Young men and woman today are focused on the wrong things. Families are not taking care of children properly. Or we could say protecting…It’s getting worse. High school today is very different from 20 years ago.

Kids are growing up eating fast food. Playing computer games . Munching on junk food. Chugging monsters and red bulls at a early age. By the time they reach puberty or adult hood they cannot function because of their poor life style.

In 5-10 or 20 years we’re going to start seeing a huge problem with men in there 30s and 40s have all kinds of mental and physical issues.

Jay cambell said it the best. We live in a society that is at war with men.

That’s the issue, they are not trained in this. Many admit so.

i do have a doubt.

so like i posted with my free T3 at 1.87 from 2.00 4.40

while tsh at 1.81. should i attempt trt with a bit lower t3 or keep searching for a new doc? like i mentioned before, my doc said tsh is fine and like system said docs only go by tsh.
