Fruit has a lot of water content. Try switching to a protein+fat snack and see how you do.

Not sure of your age but BPH does cause frequent urination.

26 dhea normal

Sorry I missed the age at the beginning. That would be young for bph. You may want to see a urologist for some labs.

i added them! low test low e2 high shbg. ast alt normal creatinine normal added labs

Low e2 causes frequent urination…

Low E2 for sure haus. Low T can cause low E. Low E means little to no water retention. I suffered from low E for a long time and had the same issue. I tried dealing with it naturally with supplements ect and finally went to trt. The past 7 months on trt have been phenomenal

Low E2 frequent urination, high E2 less frequent urination.

Yes i noticed that when i was Low on estrogen. Pissed up too 6 times a day, and more in the mornings too was quite annoying Tbh.

Even when e2 on the way down even if not low. So if your going from 40 to 25 I piss often

well im 26 and trying naturally but cant seem to do something about it.

It’s a difficult road and I wish you the best of luck with it. If you havent already tried low dose clomid it might be worth a shot.

It’s defo seems to be the case with me. When my e2 drops I’m pissing every hour or so. Then when it rises I hardly go at all.

whats worst is that im relatively a novice in lifting stats (170 squat 175 deads and 170 bench with 100 ohp) and i feel tire, fatigued no motivation for such a long time now and i dont know if i should take a week off from the gym because i need a deload or is testosterone messing with me? the gym is what motivates me. i took 4 days without gym and was feeling ok, but then i went to the gym and started feeling fucked up again. and im doing greyskull lp which is low volume 3 days a week full body  idk what i should do if take a week off instead of four days or keep hitting the gym. i have been on the gym for 10 months straight tho or 11 but just full body i also do 1-2 days of cardio and eat 2800 calories
also im 6’3” and 155 so might be weight dunno

What do you mean? What are all your symptoms?

You should get a full endo lab work up bro.

fatigued, no motivation, tired, no libido, ed, insomnia, low sperm count, loss memory, hard to concentrate.

Bro…

Your Total Test is low. On top of that Your SHBG is high… So you have low “free test”

Low free test means low e2, which you also have.

Your E2 is 14. When my e2 was in this range I felt like dog shit. Tired, Joints hurt.

Your IGF is also low, which means your growth hormone is low. TRT can fix that.

TRT can fix all of that.

Honestly, right now, the gym is probably doing more harm than good, for the time being.

Low Test means no gains.

Low E2 means no gains, plus you can injure yourself easier.

dang it man  i wanted to try something natural. im going with defy because endos wont help. they suspect i might have cushing disease.

acth at 64 while cortisol 21 all in the morning.

i also have a pituitary adenoma BUT its micro, prolactin in normal range and tbh i dont see anytbing wrong with acth. and i dont think fsh and lh are both low due to tumor. doctors wont do shit to it.

also i have extreme doubt about defy and my tumor. they dont handle that and i cant pay an endo for tumor and defy for hormone

i also dont know if i should go straight trt or go clomid. im sorry guys for not posting full labs at start. my life is horrible right now and i cant even make proper decisions on what to do. im lost if i dont hit the gym i will be in my home staring at the sky like an old guy because im feeling lost. i force myself to do everything and im 26. i had to stop college because i have no motivation and cant think straight. and got a new job but i feel sluggish and fucked up
