You are more than welcome. I have been a weight room rat for 20 years and I have been around and have learned from some of the best. If I can pass info. Onto others to help make there lifting experience better I am happy to
do so. I was lucky there were plenty of guys at the gym I started lifting at when I was 15 that were willing to take the time to help me out.

i never pull def sumo. these are all conventional. cbear just got us on the subject.
i have done them super light as part of a circuit…so that’s why i was mentioning trying the stance.

lower back is damn sore this morning. today’s bench day… but i won’t have a spotter… which should be fine since my maxes are set so ridiculously low this phase.
we’re sposed to get a bunch of rain and some serious flooding the next week. i’m hoping to get outside and do some kind of conditioning while it’s nice today… but playoffs might interfere with that plan. if i don’t get the conditioning in today i’ll just keep the nutrition really locked in.
speaking of nutrition i’ve done great all week. had 4 beers one evening while we played some poker at a friends. that’s been the extent of my alcohol consumption. i’m aiming for around the same this week.
