that guy can do a lot of damage very soon.

He’s the one poster on this site that makes me very, very interested in where he goes in the coming years.

edit: can’t forget kingbeef.

…not according to our new guests. They think it is a never before seen feat to pass the Butt Ceiling. I passed up his limits within the first few years of lifting yet they will claim this was impossible as well.

I usually have little patience for people like this. They are simply looking to make themselves feel better for what they can’t do and trying to degrade everyone else who claims it is possible while never showing their own progress.

i do await the hordes of logs and before and after photos once I, BODYBUILDER is released
so i can see what people are really getting for results

Between my junior and senior year of high school I put on 60 lbs (probably 40-50 if which was muscle) without gaining any height. I was completely clean, I only lifted weights, played frisbee, went to football practice, and cleaned out the fridge every couple of days. I most certainly believe people can do it.

Thank you God! Someone who gets it.

I have no doubt that most people cannot do it. But, if you combine expert knowledge, past competitive strength sports history, conditioning, and nutrition with a perfect supplement regimen, I really don’t see it as impossible. Its not going to be par for the course, and I never, EVER suggested or will suggest it is. But is it possible? I think so.

How much do you weigh when you’re at sub 8% body fat?

[quote]kribrg wrote:

Ok great. So where are the people that have surpassed that?

Ahhh, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that most STILL do activities that pay better than natural bodybuilding…

Since the Butt Ceiling seems to match up with natural shows, why don’t you diet down for a competition and dominate the sport?

I would like to start off by saying that I do not understand why anyone in their right mind would listen to this man for any advice, whether it be nutrition or weightlifting. Simply by looking at his physique, I am confused how he is even allowed to train professional athletes (regardless of them being no-names).

Secondly, it is painfully obvious that this man, Alan, has an extreme vendetta against this site. Aside from the fact that he got into a debate with Bill, a Biotest chemist, he also had an article published here. Now, we, as the general public, cannot know what happened after that, but I honestly think there was a falling out between him and this site, possibly regarding him being able to contribute more articles.

Clearly he has gone on a rampage to try and discredit this site, but I think a lot of the current members (that actually matter here) forget that T-Nation is the premier bodybuilding website online. It is filled with a wealth of information in every aspect possible. And in the rare event that the articles or contributors dont help, there are the forums (which I myself find even more helpful than the articles). With that being said, how many times do we, as members, catch wind of other sites and authors attacking the members of the forum and the staff at T-Nation (allthough I agree with 90% of the attacks on the memebers). All of this needs to be taken in stride, we are all members of the elite here, and although I am not as embedded in T-Nation as say the T-cell FF, or the T-Cell sheriff’s, I credit a lot of my progress and knowledge to these forums and the great members on it.

That is why I don’t understand why there are so many people so deeply involved in this topic. The thread was deleted, TC told us why, it is done. There is no reason for any more time or debate to be wasted on this. It is a waste of time. The arguments that are being offeredd to T-Nation from the clear aragon followers that have recently registered are ludicrous, saying that people cannot gain lean this, and people cannot gain lean that, just shut your mouth, you don’t know shit about shit. I mean, 30 years ago, do you think that anyone would have squatted 1000 lbs? No, but today there are many people that can do it, Jim Wendler being one of them (or atleast he used to be able, don’t know if he can anymore). So no one knows what can happen with medicine and gains in the future, and no one knows what IB is actually about yet, so how can you judge it?

I guess my point is people are too worried about stupid attacks being thrown toward this site, especially from faceless figures. The only body I have seen defending aragon’s argument, is aragon, and like I said earlier, it is not impressive. People need to start treating these people as ghosts and ignoring them.

You have to admit though, that is a huge fucking difference compared to an advanced bodybuilder. I gained a ton of muscle every year in high school by probably doing only 50% of what I do now, sorry but I don’t think that is a valid comparison.

Junior and senior yr of HS? It’s called puberty. That’s not a valid argument here.

btw- has it been 6 weeks yet? christ, I want to put this shit to an end already and either shut people up or the alternative

I’m not picking sides, but I thought you were being sarcastic. It’s not the best picture, but what’s wrong with his physique there? I mean really.

Because apparently Jacked Diesel only admires physiques with syringes hanging out of their asses.

This is the silliest argument I have ever seen. So only Ronnie Coleman can give advice? Because he is not a lean 250lbs he doesn’t know anything about nutrition? Give me a break!

OR we can play by your rules and let’s put his pic next to Bill’s and we can take advice from the biggest one. Fair?

Yeah, no-names like the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. I don’t think anyone has ever heard of Pete Sampras before either.

In all fairness, maybe he thinks Alan is the one on the left? lol
