I, Bodybuilder

I will probably check it out when it comes.

I will however not buy any supplements.

Why not? Don’t you want to support Biotest and this site? My brother buys a lot of supps from another site, but I have found that Biotest (for ME) digest better and is barely more expensive to ship from the mainland.

Edit: I did not notice at first that you are in Norway (shipping cost might be outrageous).

Total the amt of the supplements you want — just over double it thats the cost to EU lol

Then add in Import Tax / Custom Tax.

And you get the picture LOL

Agreed. If Biotest had a distributor in the EU, I would order more stuff.

Agreed

x1000

Damn, and to think I used to complain about the shipping cost to Hawaii vs. free continental shipping for the mainland U.S. lol.

I think they used to. Biotest.co.uk but it costs more than to order from here so theres no point.

Yeah, a bit off topic but Biotest has ‘distributors’ for Australia, UK, etc. Oddly, even once you factor in shipping from this site it’s still cheaper from here. No idea why they even bother with the others.

When will “I, Bodybuilding” come out?

Ah, that’ll be a little birthday present for me

Thibs was lookin beast in that video, that was cool.

I’m thinking about trying Anaconda, but I deffinately will not be making the purchase unless some trusted forumites (PX, CC, tribunaldude, modok, etc) give it the same kind of review as stated in the article. 80$ is a pretty huge gamble for a highschool kid.

I don’t have the training program and know no more about the exact nutrition protocols than what CT has written about already, except for added general principles that Tim has talked about with me and which I think Nate Green covered in his new article.

But applying just the pre-and-during workout nutrition principles and materials, and also using the amino pulsing protocol Thibaudeau has explained, for the first time I’m able to work really hard in the gym while cutting rapidly and not at all feeling that I’m significantly short-changing my strength training results from cutting the rest of the day.

Also, it seems at least some of the subjects and Thibaudeau himself for at least part of the program, in some cases maybe all, were losing bodyfat while gaining myself.

So if your cut is not over by that time, I think that, surprisingly, you will not find that a problem.

I just hope that the beginner’s/noobs that follow this (EVEN THOUGH IT WONT BE DESIGNED FOR THEM), still grasp the basic concept that they must get progress on their movements in terms of weight/reps to actually get bigger and stronger.

Then again, they will probably just forget that entire concept, and just ‘do the program’ thinking it will magically make them HUUUGE in a couple of months.

If a person is in a position to make really good gains without any extraordinary and costly nutritional supplementation, as someone in high school usually is, then such supplementation really isn’t needed.

Products such as Anaconda are designed and intended for the situation where ordinary means are no longer sufficient for rapid gains.

Looks from the video that it’s going to focus on clusters, partials, and progressive overload techniques. Looks like finally a bodybuilding program that effectively trains the CNS to prime muscle gains instead of focusing on old fashion sets of 8-12 reps. Could be wrong, but I sincerely hope so.
