I find that after following your program, I get out of the gym is half the time. Not near as sore or strained and find myself very excited about getting back in the following day. Many people were training before I get started and are still training when I leave. I feel almost guilty.
My question is this, do you find that most people are over training and hurting there potential for growth? I know I am guilty before starting and following your program.
I appreciate your time and effort in this by the way.

You can’t judge a program by…
a) how tired you are afterwards
b) how pumped your muscles are
c) how long you spend in the gym
The only acceptable measure of the quality or a program is progression. Are you getting stronger from workout to workout? Are your muscles looking and feeling fuller. That is the key.
A lot of people are stimulus addicts… the deep pump and fatigue following a session is what they are after and oftentimes they get little results to show for it.
Most people spend a lot of time in the gym because…
a) They rest too long between sets… training DENSITY (amount of work per unit of time) is an important factor in stimulating growth. The might be training for 2 hours, but getting in the same number of sets as you are in 45 minutes… who is getting the better workout? Not them!
b) They are there to socialize… they will do an exercise, talk for 5-6 minutes with a friend or a stairmaster bunny. Wander around looking for what to do next… finally start a second exercise only to stop after a few sets to talk on their cell phone, etc.
c) They do too many redundant exercises. I see a lot of people do every exercise under the sun for a muscle group. Building your body is an emotional issue… we are afraid of “missing out” if we don’t do every exercise… By doing so people disregard that the goal of a training session is NOT to do a list of exercises, it is to stimulate a physiological response. Once you accomplish that, get out, recover and grow.
Progression, check. Muscles feeling and looking fuller, you betcha. That is why I am so amazed at this program you put together its almost too easy. Absolutely amazing.
The stair-master bunny? I now actually have time to talk to her …on my way out!!! Thank you Christian.
CT, I have been thinking about doing the IBB program but do not really have the money right now for the protocol of all the supplements. My question is this, do you think I could follow the program and see results from it without taking all of the supplements?

CT’s answered this many times already.
Yes, you can do I, Bodybuilder w/o the supps, but you’ll need to get the autoregulation part right in order keep from overdoing it.
