Hey guys do you think this program would be beneficial to a football player? As most know football is an explosive sport and im thinking this program has all that. Would it be beneficial to me? Most of my programs are always the same thing with the exception of hang cleans and some snatch here and there I dont really feel my self getting more explosive. Ive noticed in this program almost every single excercise is based on explosion.
Dude, the thing isn’t even half-out yet.

It isn’t based on explosion exercises, they just make the exercises explosive by hmmm…purposefully exploding the reps. You can do that to any exercise. You need to be good at football to play football, training just helps by making you stronger, YOU need to do the carryover to football quickness and explosiveness.
Is your question off-season or during the season?
During the season it would seem a poor idea to me. Off-season, why not.
I’d suppose your question is off-season.
At a wild guess id say its more suited to a bodybuilder than a football player.
Like Bill says, off season i dont see that it, or anything else would be an issue.
Yeah man agree with Bill Roberts. If you’re not training your capabilities build some muscle and have fun. But during the season makes me remember like the guys who want to do DC while they’re rock climbing, swimming or playing basketball.
Id find the big guy in this thread with the most football experience and listen to him.
