the kid went from being someone who did mad cardio and crunches and lightweight who also was taking Hydroxycut (he’s 5’8-5’9@180) to wanting to be huge and powerful looking, he also just wants to lift heavy weights now. like we did a chest/tri/bi session and he came in the next day without me just to see if he could bench more, which somehow he did.
im going to be a gym cult leader because im converting all these people from cardio junkies to iron addicts.

That’s pretty cool. Maybe you can talk him into giving you his savings. That would be even cooler.
On Sunday, I had a couple compliment me repeatedly on how strong I was. Later in the change room, the wife said she was interested in learning heavy lifting. She had been watching me squat and said it looked like a lot of fun and it was cool to see such a strong woman. I guess she didn’t realise that I was actually sucking that day. Mind you, she also thought I was in my 20s.
Still, people do watch what you’re doing and some people are turned onto something new by it.

i explaine the whole store of how i met the kid in the thread BOI 3.0
but in short, he was getting really bad advice about cutting from people in really bad shape so i took him aside w/ someone and gave him a rundown of why what he was doing was retarded. then he asked what i did to workout and i told em to just work in w/ me.
theres this other guy though who wont make up his fucking mind. he’ll ask me for advice but never takes it and keeps doing what he’s doing and never progresses. like today i was talking to him and he was asking about how i trained what i did for certain parts etc and i showed him but then i was like dude, it doesnt even matter what exercises i show you because you dont eat enough. i asked him how much he ate on a typical day and he said on a high day he ate 1800 cals (he’s 6’2) i told him to immediately bump it to 2500 and then gradually increase it because he’s a FFB he has a phobia of gaining weight and you can tell by talking to him he’s very hesitant in wanting to get back to that weight again (he was over 300)
and he says he wants to look like me (but what i say goes in one ear out the other cause i constantly tell him you cant gain 100% lean mass) or today he said he wants to be like this guy who was prob 6’1 250-60 and im like well dude, youre never going to get there doing extreme cardio. idk, some people never listen. the kid im working with is part of their crew though so i hope to take him and help get em big enough so i can be like, look, heres what happened, dont you feel stupid?
That kid being able to hold that much weight on his back and at least squat 1/8 is indeed impressive for his age.
For the other video… I had tears of laughter coming down my cheeks while watching that guy die and reading the texts “LIGHT WEIGHT BUDDY”
It looks it like he just got squashed and his body snapped into two.

If you look big in a hoodie, you are big. You have to gain a good amount of mass in the back and shoulders to fill out most hoodies.
exactly. if you have big shoulders and traps you cant hide them, even with a hoody. i actually think i look better in a hoody because they make me look like i have huge triceps too.
