I’m really liking CG Inclines. I feel I rarely see people doing them, but they address just about every ‘weak point’ someone could have with pressing.

Also, I forget to check your log for a week or so and I come back and your Squat has went up 40lbs erytime

they blow up my triceps, and im pretty bad at them so i think ill keep them in. The only reason i stopped doing inclines for awhile was shoulder issues. and yeah my squats finally getting back to where it was when i was ~187
