I have 0 conditioning. I might go back to the gym later and bench when it isn’t so crowded. Squats felt easy as hell. 405 felt like an empty
I feel like I have 0 work capacity right now. Just gonna hit some volume all week. 315 moved decently. Last set was around an 8 rpe so nothing crazy today.

good work today. still pitching forward on my heavy squats. 475 was a bit slower than it shouldve been, but i pretty much jammed my nose in a bottle of tork beforehand and it threw me off a bit. strangulators are coming in soon. cant wait to hit some pulls and squats on monday
