Felt pretty sick through this whole session. Stopped the beltless squats when I started puking in my mouth. Doc switched one of my meds so hopefully this is just temporary.
Had to get bloodwork done and I only waited like 40 minutes to go train. So that might have been a problem. Lol

Gonna work on building up my unwrapped squat until 8-10 weeks out then I’ll throw on my wraps again.

i think mine originates from the bicep tendon. its just the bottom inch or 2 of the press that bugs my shoulder

Wiped out. Gonna go on a boat later. Low bar felt meh with my shoulder. Not sure if it was the low bar, or the bent as chit bar that kept rolling on my back that was bugging it. Warmed up with a thumbless pinky less grip, then switched to a full grip for my work sets. Everything felt solid. Probably gonna do 2 high bar sessions to every 1 low bar. Now I just need to figure out when I should pull…

Solid day. Really hyped today. Low bar is moving along well. Really need to work on my bottom end strength. Its almost non existent. Had lockout issues pulling today but I think that’s because I was in a car for 2 hours before I went to the gym.
