Really phucked mentally going into the session. The police found a childhood friend of mine with 5 holes in his back early yesterday morning. He passed away about an hour later.

Finally figured out my bar placement. The floor is uneven as phuck at this gym. Like it visibly slopes towards the walls. I felt really off balance squatting and pulling. Which blows. Because the bar there was perfect… Looks like I have to go to the other YMCA in the area… With chitty bars

Did the pause bench on 30 seconds rest. Almost puked. Hands feel totally screwed from the hold I did with 405 yesterday. Why can’t I just use straps in competition…
