Hardest part of 500 was the unrack. I’m gonna bring my sumo stance in a bit. I’m in a bad position to lockout right now. 550 squat/dead on the horizon.

felt really good today. 0 grinding. Shoulder didn’t hurt at all. It feels a little weird but I think a Lacrosse ball will take care of that. Had 1-2 reps left with 315, I’m just not used to gauging rpe with this set up yet. Fuarrrkk just a good day.

Everything moved decently. Just a lot of work. Gym is closed on the 4th so I bumped up today’s volume a bit. Didn’t grind Any reps though and that was the goal. So two thumbs up for today.
