No idea how people bench once a week. I felt like an idiot trying to figure out how to do it today. Shoulder held up alright. Gonna keep working on t spine mobility and rolling out my upper back. Also a 5 day non stop drinking deload is a very bad deload…

Strong day. Shoulder feels better squatting like this. Started getting into a better start position on my pulls. Just gonna be building for a little while.
felt really good today. 0 grinding. Shoulder didn’t hurt at all. It feels a little weird but I think a Lacrosse ball will take care of that. Had 1-2 reps left with 315, I’m just not used to gauging rpe with this set up yet. Fuarrrkk just a good day.
Everything moved decently. Just a lot of work. Gym is closed on the 4th so I bumped up today’s volume a bit. Didn’t grind Any reps though and that was the goal. So two thumbs up for today.
