Solid day. The 315x3 was one heck of a grinder. Gonna start pushing inclines. I suck so much at them that I’ll have to get better doing them. I need better triceps. The banded tri extensions didn’t bother my elbows so hopefully I can keep those as a regular movement. Lat started feeling a bit weird but not as bad as before. I’ll probably just hold off on dead lifting until Thursday or Friday.

Solid little workout. Don’t really know what’s going on with my DL but I’ll ride with it. Speed off the floor was ridiculous. I think the wider stance front squats are helping a lot. Lat felt a little funky but nothing too major.

grip was pretty shot from monday. Gonna transition into training the big 3 on the same day. I really liked having a day totally off in between sessions. Also gonna start dropping volume to peak or something. benches moved grossly fast. If I had strong triceps I would probably make that my normal grip. good day. felt strong. I don’t know what it is, but every time i’ve gone to the gym to pull I end up having to use the stiffest, fattest bars. Not really complaining, but my baby hands can’t handle it. I hate benching at this gym . The pads are really narrow and I usually have issues unracking the weight. tomorrow I’ll front squat and do some arms and ghr’s. maybe even pull ups. maybe.

Everything moved pretty well. These inclines were steeper than what I’m used to so I’m surprised they went as well as they did. Got a lift off on a few of my bench sets and it made a huge difference.
I’ll do some stuff with bands when I get home. Gym at home closes at 3. Which I wasn’t aware of. Lol

Ho.Lee.Phuck. I love the ssb. I need to get regular access to one. Could’ve done more weight with the wraps but I was completely winded. Should have cut the last set of bench off. Normal grip inclines felt solid on my upper chest and back. Nothing moved slow, stuff just didn’t move as fast as I wanted it to. Feelin pretty strong. Hopefully I don’t ben rice and peak too early
