Completely raged while lifting today. We had two bars on the same platform because there were girls lifting with us. Some dude asks to work in with them. Whatever. So I get set on my pull and I look forward and this dudes @$$ is directly in my face. Like my nose could’ve swiped his cheeks. So I stand up and just say wtf and ask him if he saw me. “Nah man I was just trying to get my set in.” I got really angry and said some not nice things to him. Then he went with some non sincere apology. I am not an angry guy but that really set me off.

Missed the 2nd rep of 495 at my knees. Need to stop rounding over. Probably gonna add in more front squats and conv rack pulls.

Non-existent gym etiquette also riles me up. Germany is an etiquette desert, so what you describe is almost a daily occurrence for me. Perhaps not with nose in buttcrack, but still. Power through!

Finally not sick. I actually felt good during this training session. I was pretty sore from Saturday and Sunday but that didn’t stop me from performing well. Bw going between 178-180 in the morning. Left shoulder/ pec/bicep feels all mucked up. Just gonna wait till Saturday to bench again. Or maybe I’ll go light on Thursday. Well see how it goes.

320 moved off my chest so fast my triceps didn’t know what to do with it. Srs wore a belt for benching and just got grossly tight. It cut down on my arch a little but id say its worth it. Roommates were ridiculously loud until like 6am and kept me up all night. Then I had my physics lab at 8… was a rough day. Happy with the numbers I hit
