I’ll throw on either some 90/10 Beef, chicken tenderloin, or pork chops on the George Foreman. Takes about 5 minutes for them to grill, and that’s even up to a pound of meat, could probably fit more.
takes like 2-3 minutes to clean-up. that + rice and veggies in my rice cooker, makes life really easy. Can have a solid ‘macro friendly’ meal with little to no work
