hi
I was just wondering whether males that suffer from hypogonadism can bodybuild effectively and experience good gains (and look good) if they are under treatment (such as hormone replacement therapy, etc.)
thanks in advance

Yes one can make gains. It would be good if T-replacement put you on the higer end of normal normal being for 300-1200 ng/dl but I maybe mistaken on the range, still higer would be better than lower. Good luck, outlaw.
Women don’t have much natural testosterone running through their bodies and if they eat and train correctly they are still able to put on some muscle so yes, even a hypogonadal male should be able to make gains. A hypogonadal male undergoing hormone replacement therapy should be able to make the same gains as everyone else.
Hi - I have hypogonadism and have been using HRT for over two years now. I receive 2ccs of Sustanon 250 once every 6 weeks, and have had some good success with bodybuilding despite my low T levels. The HRT definitely helps because for a long while there I was just hitting the wall and not making any progress until I got my Hormone levels checked out. I don’t think HRT will give you any advantage per se, but it will definitely even the playing field a bit so that progress becomes easier and tangible. I have a pic at this addy from when I used Tmag’s TDAWG DIET to get into shape last summer. http://www.angelfire.com/extreme/tbm/images/RANDOMWEIGHTS
