Can Somebody Help Me? 19 Yrs Old, Hypogonadal

Im 19, and i have hypogonadism, my doc prescribed me only testogel so far, but it is useless because it is only androgenic and absolutely not anabolic

so i gonna get now Testosterone enanthate, but i dont know how high i should dosage it?

Do you think that 125mg a week would be enough for my T Levels of 301ng/dl?

I don’t know your history. But typically injecting 50 mg 2x a week is a good start.

Read buddy. This is a start.

And

Your SHBG will dictate injection frequency, once weekly dosing isn’t optimal as your levels will swing causing inconsistent feeling from day to day. My SHBG is in the high teens and if I inject my doses less than 3-4 times per week, I feel little from TRT.

Higher SHBG man may be able to get away with weekly dosing, only a few. SHBG prevents your body from clearing out testosterone to quickly, so if it’s lower than 20 your ability to hold onto testosterone is compromised and frequent dosing is a must.

Are you primary or secondary? What does your bloodwork look like? Lifestyle? Workout? Drink heavy?

You sound like you are going to ignore the dr and just start your own protocol (I’m going by the fact that you’re asking US what your dosage should be and not what your dr recommended). That in and of itself is not entirely wrong because I have seen more proven cases of incompetence in the medical profession since I’ve started researching TRT than I would have ever cared to know, but it still doesn’t mean that you just go off blind and start doing your own thing. Post up some stats. While @charlie12 is correct on the typical starting dose, you may have some other circumstances in play that may make you the exception and not the norm.

Ok, let me get this straight

I have Klinefelter (also known as Hypogonadism)

I was fat my whole life until i started Lifting along with Boxing and a better diet, ive lost 120lbs in around 9-12 months

I did not knew that i had hypogonadism at the time i was Training, but i recognized that it was IMPOSSIBLE for to build up muscle let alone Stamina or strength.

We Always did 50-150 push ups for warming up at the Boxing gym, and even after 6 months i wasnt able to do 10 in a row despite the fact that i trained everyday, i wasnt even able to bench more than 40kg after 15 months of Training at the gym.

Ive literally tortured myself to Keep on Training, But i simply couldnt

Ive stopped Training after 1.5 years, then i visited the urologist who said that my testicles are way to small, then ive did a bloodtest:

FSH 1.1 IE/I
LH 3.6 IE/I
Prolactin 7.56 ng/ml
Estrogen 24.9 ng/l

Testosterone 302.1 ng/dl

NOTE: These are my Levels AFTER ive lost 120lbs Pounds, ive probably had 200ng testosterone and a way higher Estrogen Level all through the years when i was fat.

This has lead to a early ossifcation of the legs along the clavicles, which why my stature is feminine rather than masculine

Im 19 now, what can i still do?

My Urologist said that my Levels are normal and completely ok, he didnt gave me HCG along with HMG despite the fact that i was sterile

I visited a 2nd urologist who only has prescribed me testogel :(, but i actually NEED HCG so that my testicles and sperm production are working again

i also Need a estrogenblocker along with testosterone to build muscle

I would have two additional testosterone tests to confirm low T. Then your dr should prescribe you trt.

If he doesn’t, fire him. If he’s diagnosed you with Kleinfelters, why isn’t he prescribing trt?! A level In the 300s for test at 19 is horrid. But confirm w now testing if you’re just going off 1 test.

That low of LH means you’re likely secondary hypo.

Sounds as though you know what you need to do, it’s simply finding the right doctor to work with you. You’ll need to retest to see how well the gel is working for you, and see how your estrogen responds. You may not need an aromatase inhibitor. Any chance the 2nd urologist will give you hCG and monitor E2? If no, start looking for another doctor, maybe a TRT specialist.

Endocrinologists and urologists are severely handicapped to be able to do TRT effectively, they are trained to hyperfocus on reference ranges and all they do is chase numbers, they don’t actually know anything about sex hormones or what constitutes normal levels for a 20 year old male.

As far as endocrinologists and urologists are concerned, it’s alright for a 21 year old man to have the same testosterone levels as a 90 year old man. We know that as we age past 30, your levels start declining 1% every year and as we reach old age levels are lower.

These reference ranges replace the need for knowledge, chasing numbers is easier.

You’ll never get proper care inside your insurance network.

Defy Medical is an option, they do telemedicine.
