I was reading T-Nation articles on my phone about a week ago and found one that I really wanted to check out in detail later, but had to put down my phone because life was happening and now I can’t find that article again.
The article was going body part by body part and recommending good rep ranges for hypertrophy for each one. I’ve tried searching for the article but haven’t had any luck. Anyone remember the article I’m looking for?
And if this isn’t the right topic for this question, would somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks.
