I’ve been doing the HST workout for a while now. And I’m getting board. Does some one have a five day workout they could share with me! Thanks

Do you think its really neccesary to be in the gym five times a week? I notice much better results going just 2 to 4 times a week.
ndombko1, I’ve done HST and loved it. I liked the results I got and how time efficient it was.
After a couple of HST cycles, I tried ABBH. It’s a great program for anyone who has recovery issues. Never more than 2 or 3 exercises in a given workout and always a day off in between. But don’t get me wrong, it will kick your CNS butt! (grin)
