HSS-100: Sissy Hack Squat?

I started HSS-100 yesterday. I started with quads. Was an awesome workout.

I just have two questions though. Those of you who did this program and chose The Sissy Hack squat as your specialisation excersise. How heavy were you able to go? I found that in order to finish the reps I had to go quite light.

Also could someone give me a link or explain to me how to properly do The Sissy Hack Squat. I’ve never done it before and want to make sure I’m doing it correctly.
