has anyone used this program and if so what were your gains?
I have done Hss-100 for chest and it was a waste of time.
Agreed I did HSS 100 for chest and i stopped after three weeks. too many fly variations for me and my shoulders. I use a basic Hss 100 template for my general split now. And it seems to be workings, Just try to keep intensity very high.
There’s a pretty good shoulder program on the front page that has been making my shoulders and upper back grow

I did all 3 late last year. I saw the best strength and growth from the chest and back HSS-100, but not much from the shoulder one.
Although I have taken a few of the exercises from it, that I felt worked best, and incorporated it into my normal shoulder routine.
