First, excuse me if I don´t speak very well, because I am not an English native
I was reading the HSS-100 Chest Specialization, by Christian Thibaudeau, and I thought… should I do the repetitions to failure? (maybe I am not expressing myself very well… I am talking about, for example a serie of 7 repetitions with the 7RM weight) Or is it a different percent of the RM?

Haven’t looked into that “SS-100 Chest Specialization” much, but as far as I’m aware, Christian Thibaudeau does not like failure training. You would stop a rep or two before failure.
