HRX - Not On An Empty Stomach?

It says on the bottle: Take 1-2 caps on a empty stomach.

Problem is, i just ate 1/4th cup of cottage cheese and a slice of bread. How will this hurt the effects of HOT-ROX Extreme if i ate right now?

How long does it take for your stomach to get “empty” after eatting such things?

It will still be absorbed,but not as effective as if you took it on an empty stomach.
Take it 15-25 min before a meal.
