HRT for Women in Their 30s, Info?

Anyone know of a forum or resource like this for women? My wife is interested in getting her bloodwork done, but not sure where to start.

I’ve seen a few guys here who’s wives have started. I believe Defy will treat women.

Tier 1 in Chattanooga def will treat women. Keith and Angie Nichols.

I would start there and see if they will recommend blood work to start her with. I am going to do the same soon.

Unless stated otherwise, most anti aging, BHRT clinics treat women.

Now that I think about it I’ve heard Dr Keith Nichols on TOT Revolution podcast talk about women’s hormone replacement therapy and he seemed very knowledgeable. He stated it’s a whole different animal compared to men just injecting T at the right dose and being good to go. I would definitely go there first.

I found that with at least my clinic, they charge for blood and a consult which is around $400 for men. I opted to do my own bloodwork first to see if it was worth the consult, but I had you guys as a resource to tell me what to order. The bloodwork I ordered myself was only about $80.

I was hoping to find some knowledge on what women should be looking to get in a blood panel.

Go to YouTube and search TOT Revolution podcast for women’s HRT. There’s several podcast episodes on the subject. There’s a TOT Revolution Doctor’s Roundtable episode with like 4 different TRT docs about women’s HRT as well that is very informative and talks about what to test for and what’s important.

That’s exactly what I’m looking for, thanks man!

Here’s a couple I found without looking too hard. Not sure if these are the best but there are multiple episodes on the subject and these don’t include the doctor’s roundtable version.

I think this is the best choice as well.

Women HRT is much more complicated than men’s
